The Activities tab gives Event Creator and Co-Hosts a clear record of everything happening in their event. From event edits to guest registrations and cancellations, Activities helps ensure accountability, transparency, and easy tracking throughout the event lifecycle.

Here’s how you can make the most of this tool.

πŸ”§ Accessing the Activities Page

Event creators and co-hosts can see the Activities tab. To view your event activities:

  1. Go to the Manage Event page.

  2. Click on the Activities tab in the top menu between Analytics and the Settings tab.

  3. The page will load a timeline view of all activities related to your event.

Each activity entry includes:

  • Actor (the person who performed the action)

  • Action (e.g., registered, canceled, updated details)

  • Details (changes shown as old β†’ new when relevant)

  • Timestamp (date + time of the action)

Here are some examples of what gets tracked:

  • Event creation and updates (time, location, details)

  • Invitations sent, accepted, declined, or canceled
