Q&A allows for a more interactive and engaging event experience. Hosts, Featured Guests, and Guests can exchange ideas and get engaged even before the event starts. Here is how you can leverage this tool to enrich the experience of your event attendees.🎤
🎤 For Event Hosts
🔧 Enabling Q&A for Your Event
To turn on Q&A for your event:
Head to the Manage Event page.
Click on the Q&A tab on the top menu.
Hit the “Enable Q&A” button.
And just like that, Q&A for your event is live! 🎉
Now all the event participants including Host, Featured Guest, and Guests can post questions.
🛑 Note: Q&A can be enabled anytime before the event ends. Once your event is concluded, questions or answers will no longer be accepted.
📊 Q&A Insights
Q&A Insights offers a snapshot of the engagement of your event attendees. Click the Insights button on the right side of the Q&A tab to view the following metrics:
Total Engagement (Unique users interacting with Q&A)
Total Questions Asked
Total Questions Answered
Starred Questions

Customize your Q&A settings to suit your event’s audience:
Allow Anonymous Questions – Toggle on/off.
Who Can Comment – Choose between Host, Featured Guest, and All (Host and Featured Guest)
Enable/Disable Q&A – Quickly turn Q&A on or off.
❓ Asking Questions as a Host
Want to ask questions to engage your event attendees? Here's how:
Head to the event’s Q&A tab.
Click the “Ask Question” button on the right-hand side of the page.
Type in your question and hit submit.
Perfect for kicking off discussion, seeding thoughtful topics, or encouraging audience interaction.
📝 Tip: Hosts can also star or upvote questions just like other participants to highlight important ones.
✍️ Answering Questions
To answer a question:
Click the “Answer” button next to the question.
A pop-up window will appear where you can type and submit your response.
🔐 Note: Only the Host and Featured Guest (depending on your settings) can answer questions.
Pro Tip: Hit “Mark as answered” from the dropdown menu, which you can find by clicking the three dots on the right side of the question.
📝 Editing Your Questions
Need to make changes to a question you asked?
Click the three dots next to your question.
Select “Edit” to open the “Edit Question” window.
Make your changes and update.
⚠️ Reminder: You can only edit your own questions.
⬆️ Upvoting a Question
See a question you want answered? Let others know by upvoting!
Click the upvote button next to the question.
🔁 You can remove your upvote by clicking the button again.
Your vote helps highlight popular questions to the host and featured guest(s).
📊 Upvoted questions appear under the “Most popular” filter, making it easier for the host to spot what the audience cares about most.

❓ Asking and upvoting a Question
Want to ask a question during the event?
Go to the Event Page, then navigate to the Q&A tab.
Locate the “Ask Question” button:
If Q&A is disabled, the button will appear in the center of the tab.
If Q&A is enabled:
On the website: the button is on the right-hand side of the tab.
On the mobile app: the button is in the bottom left-hand corner.
3. Click the “Ask Question” button.
4. Type your question in the text box.
5. (Optional) Choose to post anonymously if the host has enabled this feature.
6. Click “Submit” to post your question.
7. Upvote questions (including your own) by clicking the upvote button next to any question.
🔁 Click again to remove your upvote if needed.
📝 Reminder: You must register for the event before you post a question.
📊 Note: Upvoted questions appear under the “Most popular” filter, helping the host identify what matters most to the audience.
🙋 Answering a Question
If the host has granted access, Featured Guests can answer questions using the “Answer” button next to any question.
📁 Organizing Questions
On the Q&A page, you can sort questions by popularity or chronological order
