Want to share important updates with your event attendees? The Broadcast feature lets hosts post live messages to the event page—keeping the guests informed of any changes. Here's how it works.
🔧 How to Create a Broadcast
If you're the Host or Creator of the event:
Go to the Manage Event page
On website:
Locate the Broadcast button under the event’s date and location, alongside Share, Invite and Check-in buttons.
A new panel will open on the right—click Create Broadcast to begin your first update.
3. On app:
On the Manage Event screen, the Broadcast button is located at the bottom right corner.
Note: Only the Host or Creator can create a broadcast.
⚙️ What the Host Can Do
As a Host, you have full control over the Broadcast:
✍️ Create, edit, and delete updates
🖼️ Include text and images in each update
✉️ Choose to notify guests via email using the tick box below the broadcast field:
Everyone on the guest list
Only Confirmed Attendees (those marked “Going”)
You’re in charge of what gets shared and when to share them.
