Q: Can I create multiple calendars?

A: Yes! You can create multiple calendars and manage them all from the "My Calendar" section in the Calendar tab.

Q: How do I customize my calendar's appearance?

A: You can customize your calendar by clicking on the β€œEdit” button on your calendar page.


Calendar Management

Q: Can I edit my calendar details after creation?

A: Yes! You can update your calendar details, including the calendar image, name, description, location, and social links, at any time after creation.

Q: Who can see who's subscribed to a calendar?

A: Calendar administrators can view the list of subscribers through the "Subscribers" section in the calendar management area.


Event Management

Q: How can I add events to a calendar?

A: There are three ways to add events: Create new events directly, submit existing Key events by sharing their URL or add external events by providing the event details and external URL.

Q: Do I need approval to add events to a calendar?

A: If you're an admin of the calendar, you can add events without approval. Otherwise, your event submissions will need to be approved by a calendar admin.

Q: Can I categorize events?

A: Yes! You can create and manage event tags in the calendar settings to categorize your events for better organization.


Subscription & Access

Q: How do I subscribe to someone else's calendar?

A: Simply visit the calendar's public URL (e.g., app.key.ai/xoogler) and click the "Subscribe" button. The calendar will then appear in your "Subscribed Calendars" tab.

Q: Do communities automatically get a calendar?

A: Yes! Every new community on Key comes with a default calendar automatically. It can be accessed through the "Calendar" tab in the community's navigation bar.
