A: Unfortunately, once your community name is set, it cannot be changed. Make sure to choose a name you love before hitting "Create Community!"

A: Yes, you can set your community’s access type to Private. This means only users with your community URL will be able to access and register to join your community.

Q: Can I change my community's theme later?

A: Yes, you can change your community's branding and theme anytime. Play around with the "Surprise Me" feature for a fun new look!

Q: Can anyone create a Community Channel?

A: No, by default, only admins can create a channel, and users who are given an explicit role can create one.

Q: Are messages in channels public?

A: Messages in public channels are visible to all members. In private channels, only invited members can see the messages.

Q: How can I make a normal channel to default channel?

A: Community Admins can set any channel as a default channel by selecting the "Set as default" button next to the channel name.
